inSided was founded in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, back in 2010. While our goal has stayed the same - to build better connections with your customers - everything from our product to our people have been on an incredible journey that has now spanned over a decade.

Look at us - growing up and building our own homepage 😍

After building out incredibly successful communities for companies in industries like banking and telecommunications, we decided the way to make the best community solution possible is to focus on our customers 

This iteration of our homepage from 2021 emphasized our focus on the B2B SaaS world - building the first community solution directly contributing to customer retention, advocacy, and growth.

 

Making this decision helped us build a community for a company we’re now pretty familiar with - Gainsight.

Becoming a part of the Gainsight family has allowed inSided to grow in so many different ways, including capabilities, use cases, and product vision. 

 

And today, we’re excited to fill you in on our vision for our future. 

 

Gainsight Digital Hub lets us take inSided and bring us back to our original vision for becoming a customer-centric business. When customers interact with your brand & company, they need an all-in-one digital destination that brings your customer resources, educational content, and of course, a community together to drive adoption, retention, and engagement.

 

Community will always be the core of what we do (recently released features like email campaigns, segments, and custom pages reinforce this!) - but this name change allows us to bring everything a customer needs into a single destination. Spaces (coming soon) will let customers access a personalized portal using the power of Gainsight CS, giving them access to documents, recommendations, and guided courses tailored to their needs. AI federated search lets customers ask questions, and has them answered in-app by a Knowledge Bot powered by Gainsight PX. The possibilities are endless, and there’s so much more to explore over time. 

 

To make things clear - Digital Hub’s focus on community is not going anywhere. Our dedication to enhancing experiences is only accelerating with the power of Gainsight’s resources.
