We just beta launched our community but some of the invitation emails and community notification emails have been marked as spam in our and our clients’s systems.

Does anyone else have similar experience? How do we overcome that issue?

We are also having that problem. It’s a real pain!

@Leo from InSided Support  This issue has not been solved for us either. They just told me it’s unique to us and it’s good to know that other clients are experiencing this as well. Would you please let me know if you have found a solution for Katie? Would love to hear that

@Leo from InSided Support

We also have a similar issue. Topic notification emails are being stopped in spam filters.

Here is the email being stopped (redacted to anonymize users)

And this is the message the IT specialist on our customer’s behalf is writing us.

How can we resolve this?

Hey @perinbox - could you please email us at support@insided.com - we’ll be able to assist you with this better through there since this is a more sensitive topic and we’ll need to verify some information for the DMARC

@jingqi.wu are you still having this issue? apologies I didn’t see your message earlier but let me know

Hi there, yes i’m still having this issue and was told by our IT team it’s because of the set up of the email automation and HTLM variables.

Hey @jingqi.wu 👋,

Thanks for letting us know.

Could you submit this to our support team? support@insided.com

We can then take a closer look at how the email automation / HTML variables are causing this issue.

Is it occurring for specific system emails or all of them?
