Scenario:

  • I want to put all the company’s FAQs in the Knowledge Base
  • I create some Parent Categories and Categories within the Knowledge Base
  • I create FAQs as articles
  • I want to link to the Landing Page of the Knowledge Base so the customers can see all Parent Categories, Categories and maybe even some highlighted / sticky articles

Is there a URL to a landing page?
If not, is it planned to build the feature of a landing page for the whole Knowledge Base?
If not, what is your proposed solution when I want to communicate one URL in order to reach the Knowledge Base?

As a workaround, we use one parent category as the “landing page” for our knowledge base.

I thought we had the idea of a landing page submitted to Insided since we discussed that we need this feature a lot during our implementation, but can’t find it anywhere.
