Hi everyone,

I have 800 members in my community, many of whom are not active. I an in the process of creating a campaign to remind the members of the community and encourage those who have not engaged to do so.

However I dont know how many of the 800 members would receive the emails from the campaign as they may have unsubscribed from receiving emails.

Is there a way to see who has unsubscribed so I can reach out to them personally, and if they are unsubscribed is there a way for me to resubscrube them?

Thanks a lot

You can see who have unsubscribed, there are two options:

Option 1

Option 2

Users can subscribe again from their profile → settings:

Hi Revote,

That is really helpful, thank you so much for the advice.

Glad to help and feel free to ask more if needed.

Hi @Jonsynnott

Love what you are doing with the re-engagement campaign!

Hoping to hear more from you once you have run your campaign, so we can take inspiration from your success & learnings 🙂.

Thank you @revathimenon,

I am doing a refresh of the landing page of the site to really make it obvious what services are offered by the community and then will do an end of year summary email, as well as reintroduce the community to those who have not engaged (ever or in a while).
I will also be sending a similar email to all my client contacts who have not signed up for the community.

My aim next year is to send a weekly summary email of Quetions, Ideas, Product news etc to keep the commuity front and center of my clients minds.

On that note, is there a way to have an auto email generated on a weekly basis that i can review and edit before sending. I am happy to manually create the email every Friday but if a template could be auto created as a Draft that would be such a time saver.

Thanks for your follow up.

Jon
