Our CSMs have become excited about the updates we’re posting via our product updates blog.
They are asking how they can “add their customers to the distribution list” a.k.a. subscribe their customers to this blog updates.
Beyond explaining to the CSM and the customers that it’s an action the customer needs to take for themselves, do we have any options here?
I don’t see any way to do this via the API.
