Is there way to find closed topics?
I am asking this because we had automatic closing for inactive topics on a while, by “accident”, and it closed several topics for a vain.
I would like to reopen them, if possible some how?
I founded the solution!
Just export Topic report from Control → Analytics → Export. It includes the topic status “Open”: Yes/No.
