Hello

I wonder if all Insided communities are not correctly displayed under IE11? I am aware of the fact that IE11 users are not the majority but.. Even if it's 2% of all Users of our website visitors, they should have a chance to see the website properly. How does it work for you guys?

Hey Kat!

Actually we also make sure that IE11 is supported, as many employees working on communities are forced to use this browser due to security limitations. Around 25% of visitors to the Control environment use IE11!

I know that IE very often switches on a "compatability view" and then changes the layout of our community. There is very little we can do about to change this.

You can disable this via the settings menu - [Compatibility View Settings].

Please let me know if that worked for you!

Cheers,

Julian

Hello Julian,

It worked perfectly:) Is there a way to inform visitors using IE11 about the steps to take to see the page correctly? Perhaps a simple popup displayed only to IE11 users?

Thanks a lot for your quick feedback!

Great to hear that it worked! :)

Good idea. I am not sure if this is technically possible, but I will raise it in my next chat with our product team. I will share their response once I receive it.
