We have two problems. First one appears here as well:

  1. Even we have excluded certain roles from the leaderboard widget and leaderboard page, users still appears in the widget and the page. I dont know when this has been started, maybe several weeks ago. Here and in our community as well.
  1. I cant find our roles from the leaderboard widget. For example: Administrator or Moderator. There are roles what seems to be roles from other Finnish community. I have selected roles what seems to be moderator role but widget still displays our mods.

Is there anyone who have same problems?

Hey @revote - yes I’m afraid that the points leaderboard issue is system-wide.  We’re working on it and will update here as well as soon as it’s fixed. 

Your question of seeing roles from another community sounds very strange, though - let me look into that one for you.


Should be working now. Bug is fixed. Looks good on here and on my community as well. 

 

And my apologies, I think I caused the bug when I reported another bug with an API that uses that same setting. But “sunlight is the best disinfectant” 🙂 and now both should be working again.

Yeah, the widget and page looks normal now. I’ll check the roles tomorrow.


Yep it’s fixed!  🙂 And @DannyPancratz you and I are back where we belong as #1 in our respective customer and employee weekly leaderboards.  😂


Roles remain in the leaderboard widget. There are roles what are not our community roles, or at least their name looks not_familiar.

But now when I am thinking this I remembered that I have seen also elsewhere translations what looks like they are written in some other Finnish Gainsight based community.


Hey @revote do you already have a Support ticket for that?  I think that’s the best route as they’ll be able to dive deeper than I can.  It sounds very strange!

They changed the phrases for the roles and now they are ok.
