Likes received: what data is represented when you filter by author role? (Content analytics)

We have a nitty-gritty question about data definitions and what is calculated for Likes received when you filter content by author role, e.g., Customer.

Is this likes received on all posts created by customers (so both topics and replies)?

And this would then exclude likes received on any post by an employee or other role?

Or does that filter only apply to the primary topic?

Thanks!

@JKelley thanks for asking this nitty-gritty question :). Likes received does indeed cover both topics and replies. If you filter the dashboard on role, it will indeed only include likes received on topics/replies authored by users with that role.
