The posts in our open community are available for everyone on www to see. Is there a way we can make certain articles visible only to members being logged in to our community platform? We have some use cases where our customers allow us to share information to other customers within the community, but not for everyone else out there. We have Azure AD SSO.

This isn’t possible on the topic level currently, but you can set this for categories. Usually the way this is solved is by gathering these resources into a special category that’s only visible to logged in users, or to users with a special role.

You can hide a category for unauthenticated users by deselecting this option:

Hi @alex.timmermann thanks. We’re evaluating how we can best create an environment for our members to share content, and that often relates to them being secure what they share is shared in a closed community/for a private group only. If we’d like to make all the content in our community visible to logged in members only, is there one toggle for that?
