Do you have any plans to build in mechanisms to be able to measure NPS score in the community?
Hi Anita, there are no plans build a native NPS surveying capability within CC, but many of our customers employ web surveys in their communities to gather data around things like NPS, experience metrics, ticket/CSM deflection and more. There are lots of tools that you can use to do this, including some relatively inexpensive options. And they’re usually very easy to add to your community via the third-party scripts page.
