Missing borders

The screenshot from your prod environment and your actual prod environment show different outputs. When I open your prod environment, I can see the borders as they are expected.
If you want to change the border color, you can do this here: Control Panel -> Appearance -> Colors -> Border Color -> Your current value is "#d5d7db"

I just removed the url to your test environment, because this information should better not be shared here - it is your personal playground and should not be visible in public. :)
I agree with Bjoern, I also not have this issue when I visit your community!? Maybe it was a temporary issue, or the issue is browser-related. Which browser are you using?
My colleagues from support will have a look at it as well!
