Hi - I’m doing some reporting and came across a discrepancy.
When I set the parameter for one week (Oct 20-26), I see 120 “new members.”
When I export the user report, with the same parameter, I get a list of 145 users.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the question!
The export contains users who have not yet activated their account, while the on the User Dashboard the number of New Members excludes this set of users, showing only those who have confirmed their account.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
