Hi all!

I'm happy to announce our new responsive community design is live!
https://forum.tele2.nl/

In the past few months we (and especially InSided) have been working hard to get this done. The new, fresh design has everything to attract a younger audience and new super users: more photos, engagement and gamification. We have involved super users at the start and during the project. They also made a great contribution during the final User Acceptance Test. They are as proud as we are!

Cheers,
Jolien

looks good, congrats @Jolien & Tele2 and thanks for the update! One question: do you have specific KPIs which you want to achieve with this project?

The usual: traffic, mobile visitors, customer satisfaction, engagement
I expect the responsive design will lead to more (mobile) traffic. Hopefully the design will also lead to a higher customer satisfaction, because the UX wasn't that good on mobile before.

The gamification tools (personal likes, most liked users, new badges) will get users engaged.

Time will tell 🤓

Thanks @Jolien! Would be great if you could share the actual results in a couple of months!
