Hello,

I would like to create new users on our staging environment but I did not receive the e-mail to activate the accounts :

Is there a limit on the number of users in the staging environment ?

There shouldn’t be a limit on your staging environment that I’m aware of. 

Something you can do to activate those users is change their Primary User role to Registered. 

  • click into the user’s profile in Control
  • change the primary role to Registered (or something higher like moderator or admin, if needed)

I’m not sure why the email isn’t coming through, but that is something you can do to the bypass the email confirmation.

There is no limit. Our staging environments are typically configured with an email whitelist, which will include your company’s email domain.

I can see that you’ve tried to invite a user using a different email domain. We can either remove the whitelist or add this domain to the whitelist. Once this is done, you can cancel the invite and re-invite this user and they will receive the email. Let us know which you would prefer here.

Could you give me the content of this whitelist ? when I tried to add a user with the domain “@neoxam.com”, he did not receive the activation e-mail.
