I am very happy to announce that as of now, you will not have to fear that you are being logged out of your community by logging in to the inSpired community (or any other inSided community) anymore!

What does that mean?

Some of you are running multiple communities on the inSided platform (e.g. an English and a German community). Until now, you were automatically logged out of one community as soon as you would log in to another community in the same Browser. That was not very practical.

From now on, the login will be handled much better, so that you can be logged in to all of your communities at the same time. Of course this also applies to our inSpired community.

Is there any downside to it?

No. 🙂 Nobody should experience any issues or problems with this - there is no change to your login, even if you are actively logged in right now.

Should you have any questions, concerns or feedback on this, then please let us know!

Cheers,

Julian
Good news for you @Hendrik Jan & @Ditte!
This is also good news for anyone on the Inspired Community 🙂 But I'm having issues logging in. Opening a new browser fixes this. Anyone else experiencing this?
@Jurgen : issues logging in with Chrome. Works fine with IE
Hey guys if you clear your cookies and log back in - it will set a new cookie and should clear this issue up for you 🙂
This is a nice improvement for you as well @Neil & @Lorna !

Unfortunately, the issue came back after removing cookies!

@Jurgen sorry to hear that! Hmm, what happens if you try it with an incognito window?
Hi Jurgen,

we now have identified an issue that occurs when you are logged in on your Control environment and then log in to the inSpired community.

We also found a solution already, we are figuring out right now when we are able to deploy it.
Good news indeed!! Thanks for the update.
