Pasting images in the text editor causes them to disappear when published

Steps to Repro:
  • reply to a topic on the backend
  • paste an image into the text editor
  • publish the reply
Current Behavior:
  • The image disappears on the front end
Expected Behavior:
  • The image is visable on the front end
Reproducibility: Always

Hi,

thanks for reporting it. We are currently investigating this.

It should not happen if you upload an image instead of pasting it, but maybe you meant that it happened for uploaded images?

Regardless, it's a bug and so we will work on solving this. Our support team will follow the progress and share their findings with you.
