Phrase: This member can only receive messages from members they are following.

Hi all, I want to change the text for “This member can only receive messages from members they are following.”. I tried “Forum - This member can only receive messages from members they are following.” but this did not work.

Any role that has permission to edit phrases on the community is also allowed to send messages to any user, no matter their settings. So I have to add it via control.
