We want post fields added to relevant activity. We have a planned report for the data and everything!

Getting our mods to always do this is more tricky. Is there anywhere in the Analytics section which IDs the mod who's added PFs?

I can't see any footprint on the post fields exports, so this is not a good sign. But I feel it's worth a double check with you all.

If we know who's adding the most and the least, we will easily be able to incentivise our team to add add add. Maybe a KPI could be made, who knows..............

I don't think there is a field that tracks who is adding the data.

But I understand your motivation. Our "workaround" (which might only work in our case/community) was to assign the task to a certain team of moderators and follow up every week. When we felt like not enough data was created, then we'd send the team back to do more.

No, there is not, that's true. I am not sure if we are tracking anything internally, but I would not wait for such data to become available in the future.

I like Bjoern's approach. Of course you could also have an extra post field where Mods could select their username, but this might be a bit over-the-top...

@timcavey just found out that if you move a topic to another category it doesn’t keep any post field data you filled in…….something to be aware of!!  Crazy I know! But given we’ve just done a restructure based on advice from these guys, it didn’t come up. so we might need to re visit this.
