Has anyone utilized a recommendation bot? For example, if someone asks a question, before getting an actual response from a peer/moderator, the bot could recommend a help article or a course from our Help Center/Academy based on the content provided in the question. Thanks for the ideas!

I haven’t seen anything like this integrated into a forum and individual posts. I feel like inSided tries to provide that already when you type the title of your post and it suggests existing topics where you might be able to already get that answer. And also with the federated search capabilities with your help center tools like Zendesk or other content sources.

You could probably do this with a Typeform chatbot: https://www.typeform.com/chat/ outside your site, but no way I could see to integrate something like this today.
