Hi folks!

When people sign up to our community, we can obtain their consent to the T&Cs, but where is it recorded for later purposes?

Thanks

Good question: No where.

Timestamp for the registration = timestamp for approving the T&C.

Normally they can be found later on link from the footer. There can be “stored” only the latest ones or there can be version history as well.

Generally speaking, this isnt problem for us.

Edit: You can add valid T&C to the confirmation email, what user gets after registration.

Thanks @revote  - “Timestamp for the registration = timestamp for approving the T&C.” sounds like a good way to handle it.

Cheers!
