I have a user who is reporting that upon attempting to respond to other users discussion posts, she consistently receives the following message upon sending/saving her response "Author does not exist”.
Anyone have any idea as to why this may be occurring? We don’t have any other reports of this experience for any other registered user of our community.
Any insight welcomed!

This definitely sounds like something that needs fixing - did you get a chance to raise it with support?
