Removing Question status

A participant in our forum posted in the question area. I moved the question to the ideation section, as it was more appropriate for there.

However, it is still in a question format, and not the ideation (still in “unanswered questions”).

How can I fix this?

Hi Ilan,

 

If you convert the topic to a conversation before moving it to an ideation category then it will not have the question status anymore, so in the future, I would advise doing this as a workaround. 

 

For this specific topic if you moved it back to a normal category again, converted it to a conversation, and then moved it to the ideation section again it would then lose the question status.
