Hi!

We are mainly using our community to funiction as a Knowledge base article space currently. What I’m struggling with is reporting on what looks to be basic metrics.

Is there a way to see the following and if so where do I do this?

Users logged in

Top performing KB article high levels

Top performing documents

I’ve noticed that in some of the repors i’ve been able to see there is visits I don’t understand such as Guest visits. Our community is locked behind regsitration so I have no idea how a ‘guest’ could even reach the reporting tab.

Any help on this would be massively appreciated.

Hello there 🙂😎

To monitor the parameters that attract your interest:

  • For reports on user activity  data; check the admin management dashboard.
  • In the admin section of your community; look for analytics reports. These frequently provide information on document engagement and article views.
  • If registration is required in your community guest visits may represent irregularities  in the reporting system. In order to get explanation on unexpected visitor data check the user registration settings and contact with your platform support team.

Good Day👍🤝

You can do this with a custom report using the data exports.

The login exports will allow you to see users visiting the site and you can group them by per day or per month.

The Topic export will allow you to rank by views and then by date.

I am not sure if there is an export that has data on the documents or attatched files.
