1 of our new users wants to know if it is possible to get al new activities on our community site in his RSS. Is this possible?

    @annelies.bootsman, we have two RSS feeds for each of our communities. The URL is used to subscribe to a feed in an RSS reader. All feeds follow the same URL structure, which are the following: 

    1.

    http://INSERT.URL.com/feed/topics

    A feed dedicated to new topics.

    Example: http://community.insided.com/feed/topics

     

    2.

    http://INSERT.URL.com/feed/buzzcapture

    A feed dedicated to new topics and replies

    Example: http://community.insided.com/feed/buzzcapture

    We asked a similar question of our CSM for new Product Update posts, but I don’t know if we have an answer yet.

      I have a new question regarding this. Hoe can I get the page with the idea's in the RSS feed?

      Annelies,

       

      Unfortunately, our RSS feed does not include ideas or product updates; however, the user can subscribe to receive email updates for these channels as a work around.

        As far as I can tell, the current setup only supports New Topics and literally everything via Buzzcapture. There’s no specific feeds to grab individual topics.

        Good one for an Idea though!
