Our RSS feed does not provide any content, while new topics have been published. What could be the problem? Is there a some setting that needs to be done?

From what I can see in your community, the feed is working as expected - https://community.usoft.com/search/activity/recent 

I see the new posts are showing there on the feed, is there anything wrong you’re seeing?

Howdy! I’m Blastoise186, destroyer of the inSpired Community and a forum volunteer in too many places.

I’ve had a look myself and I noticed that https://community.usoft.com/feed/topics isn’t showing me anything, and neither is https://community.usoft.com/feed/buzzcapture which is supposed to show absolutely everything that’s on the Recently Active feed.

It is however, working here https://community.insided.com/feed/topics https://community.insided.com/feed/buzzcapture and on my home forum https://forum.ovoenergy.com/feed/topics https://forum.ovoenergy.com/feed/buzzcapture so there might be a problem with your instance by the looks of things.

I will try to figure out where the problem might be if I can, but as a community volunteer with no internal access, I’m limited to public areas.


Ok, after trying this out on a ton of other inSided communities running on the EU infrastructure (thanks to all the Community Managers who let me use their instances for these things!), I can’t reproduce this issue anywhere else. This somewhat suggests there might be a bug affecting just the USoft instance, so you might want to raise a case with Support via support@insided.com .
