Hi there - I needed to set up a custom report type in Salesforce to use the Insided data, but now all I see when trying to reporting on Community Member Activities is “Visited Community”. No topics, posts, comments, etc. Did I set something up wrong? How do you have your reporting set up for it to work properly?
On the backend in the custom report type I have Accounts → Contacts → Community Member Activities.

Have you taken a look at these two resources to ensure you have configured the integration properly and also help with identifying the data that you are bringing over? The first one listed also has a spoiler in it that will walk you through how to set up the dashboards.
If the issue persists, I would recommend submitting a support ticket, so we can make sure to check the logs and resolve any issues with you that may be causing this problem.
