Hi folks! I’m hoping someone can shed some light on something odd. We’ve had a member get in touch with us because when they search our Community, the search returns 0 results, no matter what they search. 

 

I’ve tested it repeatedly myself and can’t find any issue. I’d think it was user error, but they sent a screenshot showing the search box and url - both are correct. 

 

Could it be some kind of blocker in the browser?

Any insight on the above.


Can you ask this user to log out and back in again, this might be due to a token being expired.

If that doesn’t work, perhaps they can try a different browser and/or device to pinpoint the issue?
