Hi all!





It has come to our attention that some community analytics dashboards may have recently been showing incorrect (dummy) data. We wanted to clarify some points regarding this recent issue.




  • Don't worry, none of your own internal data was displayed on other client platforms.

  • The data you were seeing was dummy data, this was displayed due to a network interruption between our analytics provider (Qlik) and the inSided community platform.

  • A default set of data was chosen as a fallback option in event of network interruptions between the platform and the 3rd party analytics provider.

  • This network interruption caused the fallback option to be loaded instead of your own community data.



We will make platform changes that will load empty data instead of the wrong data :)





We just wanted to explain this to everyone in person, we also wanted to just reassure you all that your data is still nicely safe and secure.
