I created a ticket, status page look green:

 

  1. Email notifications doesnt work, least the “There is new reply in the topic”. Email doesnt arrive at all, or arrives later on
  2. When replying to the topic, it doesnt appear as a latest post to Latest feed
  3. All the comments cant be seen in Control

Is there anyone who have same problems?

You’re correct here I’m afraid. We’re currently experiencing some issues with our European server where some delays are occurring in a few actions such as emails, replies and Control. Our engineering team is investigating this right now and it should go back to normal soon.

 


Now in the morning everything seems to be ok. I commented this to the ticket but I add these here as well:

  1. Please tell this kind of issues in your status page as well. Even all the communities aren´t effected
  2. inSpired were afftected as well. No info here either

This problem with latest posts appeared again. Also here in inSpired as well.

And again, no nothing here in inSpired OR status page.

I received some feedback from our team regarding the recent issues, and what happened is that we recently launched our Email Campaigns feature to our platform's broader customers, and more people have been using this functionality, which appears to be the root cause of this issue.

We had a case last week where an Email Campaign targeted 70k users and took 350 seconds to process. This process appears to be affecting other parts of the platform, including the ones you reported.

We are already working on some measures to improve this and make sure this does not affect any communities. 

I agree with you that our communication regarding this incident was extremely poor, so I'm going to bring this up with our team, and please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
