Hi @Virbhadrasinh

Most of our customers use their staging environments for occasional testing and do not keep it up to date, largely because our platform is so user-friendly and almost everything can be done risk-free immediately on production via configuration.  However, if a customer would like their staging environment to be up to date, it would be up to them to do so.

It was also one of my first questions @Jeanie Lee as running a test in an environment that is not the same is pretty useless… It would be very handy to be able to “Sync” the staging to production and back.
Alternatively you could consider providing a test environment only once the production is actually live and already as a duplicate of the current so that there is minimal effort in keeping the 2 in sync, as before going live your production is really a staging environment...
It also feel that the production environment could use a roll-back feature of some sort, in case something happened… Perhaps worth converting to an idea?
