Hi! I’m trying to get numbers from previous campaigns, but the stats are missing or reporting as 0 on the overview page.

If I click into a campaign, it still looks like there are no numbers, but if I click on “open rate” I get a number of opens and list of users who opened.

Is this only the case for me? Any tips on how to fix this?

Thanks for raising this! I double checked and looks like the issue is there on our instance as well.

I’ve raised it to our team internally to take a look & will loop back once it has been resolved.
