I've noticed that topic is set as a sticky but it doesn´t appear top of the page. This occurs in our community and I looked some other as well and problem appears there as well.

Yeah I can confirm - stickys can be seen normally now.
did the temporary fix regress? I don’t see anything sticky on my community
