Hello fellow Insiders!

We’ve been building out our Knowledge Base and we’re at a point where we feel having a sub-category option would be useful. Let me explain. 

We have a parent category set up to contain all of our knowledge documents, and we also have parent category for our Pro Guides (and we’ll create other parent cats in the future).

Within our Docmentation, we have divided this into Categories for different aspects of our product but within these we’d like to be able to start segmenting the technical articles related to that product area (ie Functions > Technical // Data Imports & Inputs > Technical). 

Interested to hear more about this or how others have tackled it? Have you used Parent Categories to create a Technical section, and if so, how do you easily manage the connections between people reading how the feature works, vs how to set the feature up?
