Customers are wondering whether it is possible to suscribe to the ideation page,
so that they get notifications when new ideas are submitted.
As far as I can see, there is no possibility to suscribe to ideation or am I missing something?

You’re right, there is currently no way to subscribe to the ideation page. At the moment users can subscribe to individual ideas by clicking subscribe below the description of the idea:
I think it would make a lot of sense to have this functionality, much like we have a subscribe button for the whole Product Updates module. I’ll raise this feedback internally with our product team but it would also be worth posting this as an idea as well.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
