Use of deep link redirects following SSO authentication

We’re currently encountering an issue related to SSO login and post redirects. Here’s an example:

We share a link to a community post in one of our customer newsletters
User clicks on the link and has to authenticate via SSO
Once they authenticate, they land on the Community homepage instead of the intended post

Are deep link redirects supported?

There definitely is a way to do this.

It took our team some figuring out with our custom SSO via our product, but they got it to work.

Unfortunately, those colleagues have since left our company and I don’t have the technical knowledge myself.

But it’s possible for SSO to support this. And I think GS support was instrumental in helping us figure it out.
