A few customers have reported this exact same issue recently.
It seems there’s a new update from Okta in their browser extension which is causing some issues on Control. Do you also have this Okta extension installed?
In that case, I would advise checking with your organisation what could be done to avoid this (either disable the extension or use another browser that doesn’t use the extension). You could also contact Okta support directly and see if they are able to adjust this for your Control environment.
I do know that if you scroll all the way down, you’ll be able to see the user profile so you can try that but it’s definitely not the best experience.
