Question

Using Polls

Hey team,

Has anyone been able to figure out how to use polls with the option to select multiple answers? Or to ask open ended questions where the client can submit their own write in feedback?

Any feedback is appreciated!

Hi @jmelton

Is this a question for Gainsight CS? Gainsight CS has “Surveys” which would meet your need. This is a module in the “CX” add-on (which goes alongside Journey Orchestrator).

However, I think that you may be referring to another product of the Gainsight suite, and not Gainsight CS.

Please let us know.

A!

The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.

@anirbandutta Would you be able to move this to the CC product section so JMelton gets useful answers 😊 and not us CS users blabbering about Surveys? Thank you!

Thanks Alizee… moved.

For multi select answers, I could think of encouraging users to type the options as a comment… the ootb Poll seems to be single select only.

It's an opportunity for engagement

Hi @jmelton 👋, another option here would be to embed a Typeform survey within a topic:
