where are the titles in featured_home topics?

Hi!

I noticed that the extra titles in the featured_home topics have disappeared?
I mean the titles in the orange bars (Nieuw! - hulp nodig? - lees voordat je begint).

They are also gone on the inspired community.
Is this on purpose? Or will they come back?
