Where can I see the reason a user submitted when they flagged a post?

I may just be being blind here, but when a user submits a grief report for a post - I can see in control which post has been reported but I can’t see the reason the user gave when they reported it.

Where do I find this?

Hi @Onomatopoeia  ,

@Kgastaldo is correct. At this point, the note is not displayed in control but only in the system email notification that can be switched on via control.

Just go to Settings → Moderation Notifications:

This will then trigger the Flagged post email when a post is flagged.

Hmm - I don’t see it in the mod console, but I do see the reason in the email notification.

Would be a good control improvement idea to submit @Onomatopoeia!

Oh! We also have a forum called “moderator action” that keeps a track of all this. I think Insided set it up for us when we launched.
