There are two Profile views in the Control:

Users → Users Overview → Search the username and open it
Content → Open the wanted topic → Scroll down and search the post what is posted the wanted user → Click the Profile button

There are usefull fields in the Profile view what can be found when you open the Profile view from topic view, especially Notes field.
