As a moderator in a community, there are often times where we have to present similar links over and over to posts or provide repeat answers often. I was wondering if there is an ability to have “saved macros” or something similar like a small data base in the insided control reply section that we can store (either personal or universally saved) links/responses for ease of access?

Another question that I have is related to gamification. We’re trying to pull more data about badges, more specifically how many are earned through a certain date, which badges, etc. The currently provided data on the gamification tab regarding badges and points is quite lacking and even with the API not a lot of data can be pulled. So I am wondering what we can do regarding gamification and what are some steps that other insided community members have found in using gamification to the full extent? For example, Salesforce natively does a great job with gamification.
