I am posting this based on customer request. When navigated to Mobile app we are seeing section "Open Support Cases" when we click on customer even though this section is not configured anywhere in CS360 sections under Administration page.

Can we have provision to hide this in Mobile app if this is not configured in CS360 sections
under Administration tab.

Being one of the team member who built this, I can confirm there is no way to hide this section on mobile. The requirement seems legit. I will pass this over to PMs to prioritize this.
