Activity Formatting Errors for Timeline

I've noticed that when syncing posts from Timeline to Salesforce as Activities, the Activity loses all formatting.  I understand that Salesforce does not support rich-text formatting in Activities, but it also removes all spacing.

The end result is an Activity with all the notes compressed into a single paragraph, which is difficult for non-Gainsight users to decipher.  

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Have you come up with work arounds? Is this a planned feature improvement?

    Hi Scott, Nitishi from our product team let me know that they are aware of the "compressed" (spacing specific) format challenges associated with the current design of our Timeline sync to SFDC.  She mentioned that they are planning to change the design, but we do not have an ETA at this time.   Thank you for sharing the feedback!
