How do I add our digital segments to our KPI Dashboard (accounts that meet filtered criteria)?

If you have a Field called segment or something similar on the C360 that signifies your digital customers you can filter on them & build a KPI report that could like the one below.

You if you wish to check the fields that are on your company object I would recommend you to navigate to Data Management

 

If you have the field on 360 but if you’re not finding it while building report it could be a case where the display name is modified for the field on C360. So you can navigate to the layout to find what is the actual field behind that.
