Hi everyone!

Hope you are having a good week.

I would like to get your insights/suggestion on a program created in JO, please. I would highly appreciate it!

We used a CSV to upload contacts, the CSV contained duplicate email addresses but different Account Names, basically we need to send the emails to the duplicate contacts because of our strategy. However, due to how the program was built, some contacts failed because of the unique criteria. The program is already active and we did not notice it earlier but we need to add the duplicate participants in the journey.

Is there an option to update the filter criteria and include the duplicate contacts in the journey?

Thanks everyone!

Hi @Melany -- you can add more fields to the uniqueness criteria. This would allow for multiple sends to the same email address if they have different Account Names.

I’ve done this before for sending renewal emails to emails that had more than one renewal. The uniqueness criteria will stop sending emails once all unique values (or combinations) have been met.

Then I think you just need to resync your source if you can update the Uniqueness Criteria on the active program.
