@mention feature in CTA comments

Hey @SaifSN it looks like this is expected functionality per the community post linked below. The workaround is to @ mention a user in the timeline section of a CTA task instead which will send the mentioned user an email.

@kstim thanks for the suggestion. I am looking for the same but directly from a CTA comments section and creating a timeline just to mention someone else is an extra step on the CSMs tasks and moreover a timeline may not be needed in all the scenarios.

@SaifSN I agree with you! However at this time, it does seem like a limitation. The above post I linked to is 4 years old and hasn’t had much movement on it since it was posted, so maybe we could get the conversation going again there!
