This is an interesting idea, @cnduka, though you might fatigue your CSMs with this setup. Theoretically, the day a CSM closes a CTA, they get a new one almost immediately. So...the CSMs might not be incentivized to close their current QBR CTAs. You know your organization best, but I would ask more questions if I were given this requirement, such as...

  • What outcome is the team trying to achieve by having what amounts to a perpetual CTA open for every customer for a QBR?
  • What does it really take--and how long--to move through the QBR journey each time one is performed? That’s a really good indicator for how far in advance your QBR CTA should be opened.
Making people their best....currently disguised as a CS Ops Architect. How can I contribute to your success?

I just need the Step by Step process on how to achieve this, Hypothetically speaking.
