You cannot delete multiple Activity Timeline entries directly in the UI, but there are two options you could explore:
- Use the Timeline API. The Timeline API supports deleting entries, so if you’re comfortable with API usage, that route is available. More here.
- Contact Gainsight Support with a list of entries. Gather a list of entries to be deleted, with plenty of identifying information, and submit that to the Gainsight Support team.
