Can't see Success Plans under Administration > Success Plans

Hi there!

I’m trying to manage Success Plans in our CS instance under Administration > Success Plans. While the page shows me the number of active, inactive etc. Success Plans, the rest of the page is completely empty and I cannot select any Success Plan. As far as I can tell, no filters are enabled, and I am Super Admin.

Anyone knows what might be causing this?

Update: I have reached out to Gainsight Support last week. We had a brief call and found out that the issue is browser-based. In Firefox, the page is not loading correctly, while it does load in other browsers like Chrome.

Gainsight is aware of the issue and currently further investigating. Anyone else with this issue could work in another browser, and I hope Gainsight can resolve this as soon as possible :)

Hi @Markus

Can you share a screenshot ?

Are you trying to see the success plan types / templates or actual success plans that are created?

If the former, you possibly have a filter that is hiding all the types / templates.

If the latter, it’s not the right place to see actual existing success plans in your org. Those would be seen from the global success plan view (not in admin).

Thanks

The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.

Hi @alizee

Thanks for your quick response! I am trying to view the types / templates, so I went to Administration > Success Plans.

I have no filters enabled, and this is all I see:

Thanks @Markus

That’s indeed very strange since your filter isn’t exclusive of anything so I would tend to think that’s a cache / loading issue.

I would log out / back in if not done already to see if it resolves the issue (the hint is the location of the column headers) and if not, that would be one for support.

I confirm I don’t have this issue with the same setup as the one shown on your screenshot.

Let me know how that turns out.
